- Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away to ensure it’s carefully packaged and promptly dispatched.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. In general, domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days. For international orders, delivery may take a bit longer due to customs clearance and distance.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. We offer competitive rates and frequently run promotions offering free or discounted shipping, so be sure to check for those special offers.
- Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery (e.g., package lost, delayed, or damaged), please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, our return and exchange policy is simple and straightforward.
- Return Period: You can return any item within 14 days from the date you receive it. This gives you ample time to try on your item and ensure it meets your expectations. Please note that the 14-day return period starts from the day your package is delivered.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. It’s okay if you've tried the item on for size, but we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@codeofdresses.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange that for you (subject to stock availability). Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some items may be exempt from returns, including sale items, gift cards, or personalized products. Please refer to the product page or contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@codeofdresses.com with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
